Sparkwell is an English civil parish within the district of South Hams and the county of Devon

Sparkwell Parish Council covers the villages and hamlets of Sparkwell, Hemerdon, Lee Mill, Venton, Elfordleigh, Smithaleigh and Mount Pleasant together with the Langage Science Park in Plympton. The council is responsible for representing the interests of the local community, providing services such as maintenance of public spaces, and making decisions on behalf of the community.
